In Raigarh city of Chhattisgarh, a 15-year-old boy has been stabbed to death by two other minors aged 17 years. The dreadful incident occurred inside a government school in the Rambhatha area of Raigarh city. The local police have nabbed the culprits and taken them into custody. Soon, they will be produced in the juvenile court, a police officer informed.
The 15-year-old boy was a student of class 9 in the same school where he was killed. He was there to attend school on the day of his murder. When he came out during the lunch break, the two accused barged at him and a fight broke between them. Soon after, one of the accused took out a knife and stabbed him in his stomach.
Not only that, primary investigation suggests that the accused boys also fired guns at the school staff before leaving the spot. The sister of the deceased also studies in the same school. She informed that the two accused have beaten her brother in the past as well.
The local police suspect a love affair related to the case but they have refrained from commenting more on it. “The exact reason behind the attack is yet to be ascertained, but preliminary investigation suggests it could have been because of a love affair”, said Raigarh SP Anhishek Meena. Both of them had fled the crime scene and were absconding since then. But Abhishek Meena formed a special team and nabbed them on Tuesday night. Further investigation is on for the case.
