Earlier in August, the Forest Department had caught the Deputy Director of Veterinary Department Lallan Singh smuggling teak wood in Bijapur. The main thing witnessed here was that the crime had taken place in ‘Pushpa’ style. The Deputy Director was driving the ambulance himself, carrying the teak wood.
