Raipur, Chhattisgarh: A murder has become a topic of discussion in Raipur, the capital of Chhattisgarh. On Diwali, two employees, who were angry over not getting their salaries and leave during the festival, beat their boss to death with sticks. In this case, Raipur Police has arrested both accused. At the same time, this incident has spread like fire in the whole of Raipur.
In questioning why the employees killed the owner, the accused told the police that both of them used to work at Ajay Goswami’s Maharaja Maggi Point and lived there as well. Ajay Goswami always harassed them during work and made them work for long hours. For a few months, both of them were not paid also. Both the accused told that they were continuously demanding their dues from Ajay Goswami.
On Tuesday, both of them were resting, when Ajay Goswami came and asked both of them to work, which both of them refused to do saying that it is a holiday. On this Ajay Goswami started beating them with a stick. After this, the accused snatched the stick from Ajay Goswami’s hand and stabbed him to death.
A case has been registered against both the accused in the Mana Camp police station of Raipur police under crime number 273/22 and section 302, 34 of the APEPC. The police seized Rs 10,000 in cash, a mobile phone, and a stick and wooden stick used in the murder from the accused. On receiving information about the murder, Raipur SSP Prashant Agarwal directed the Anti-Crime and Cyber Unit to arrest the accused.
