Raipur: Under the directions of the BJP State In-Charge Nitin Nabin, an important meeting with the BJP state officials was conducted to discuss the working plan for the Tiranga Yatra. BJP State General Secretary Sanjay Srivastava comments on the meeting other than the plan of Balrampur going to be made this August 15, Independence Day of India. Tiranga Yatra will start on August 11 and will conclude on August 14 with a major thrust on the Har Ghar Tiranga (the flag for every home) campaign.

This campaign would mean to chase every house fly high, upholding the national flag just as it has been done in previous years. Several activities will be carried out to mark this, and the Youth Wing shall have a very central role. There will be an exhibition and procession on the 14th of August to support the campaign, and the BJP workers will proactively encourage the use of flags in every house.

Srivastava also recalled that the Harela festival will be observed at the house of Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai and at the BJP state office. The fact is that such an annual festival is held to demonstrate the party’s concern about the peculiarities of local tradition and the events concerning the culture of people.

The practice of commemorating national integration and unity, which the BJP has been following for many decades by organizing “Har Ghar Tiranga”, is also going to continue. This campaign was described as critical by Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi during his 112th “Mann ki Baat,” saying that the campaign had incited lots of excitement across the country. This is because people from all aspects of society are encouraged to fly or wave the national flag freely, and there has been a trend of expressing a selfie with the national flag.

Today, from August 12 to August 14, cleaning campaigns will be carried out next to statues and monuments dedicated to national leaders. The party will also celebrate “Vibhajan Vibhishika” Memorial Day on August 14 to help the nation recall the pains of partition.
