Korba: A major political turmoil escalated in the Korba district of Chhattisgarh, where all 4000 Janata Congress party workers moved into the BJP camp following the clash between workers of both parties. The BJP approach to evolution took place in the BJP entry program held in a hotel on Friday evening and was followed by the glittering presence of Lok Sabha candidate Saroj Pandey, Industry Minister Lakhn Lal Devangan, Health Minister Shyam Bihari Jaiswal, and Finance Minister OP Choudhary.
Through attendance of many representatives of the Janta Congress recommend like National Vise President Ram Singh Agrawal, committee member Pawan Agrawal, District Secretary Deep Narayan Soni, City President Vaibhav Sharma, Rural President Balmukund Rathia, and several elected members of the municipality and office bearers, the magnitude of this political shift became apparent.
The crucial decision of Industry Minister Mr. Lakhn Lal Devangan to join BJP after his exodus from Congress party has led to the liberation of large number of other similar leaders from the Congress. In the course of these victories of the BJP in Katghora, Churi, and Pali Tanakhar, a considerable number of Congress politicians and workers: senior office-bearers, factionists, councillors, and ordinary workers joined the party in Korba.
It is worth noticing, that the list of the arrivals abounded with the leaders having great public support, this fact served for the improvement of the BJP’s position in all areas in the territory. The joining of leaders representing diverse social strata, including the All India Satnami Welfare Committee’s State President Maniram Jangde, Sarva Yadav Samaj’s District President Geeta Yadav, Birhor Samaj’s District President Phirtaram Pahadi, Prajapati Mahila Mandal’s President Rita Prajapati, and Mahant Samaj’s Chief Mohar Das Mahant, further highlights the broad-based support garnered by the BJP.
