Chhattisgarh has witnessed transformative change through various initiatives, such as farmer loan waivers, support price-based paddy procurement, income-generating activities conducted in gauthans (village commons), the Godhan Nyay Yojana, the Rajiv Gandhi Rural Landless Agricultural Labourers Justice Scheme, the Rajiv Gandhi Kisan Nyay Yojana, the Haat Bazar Clinic Scheme, Public Distribution System improvements, and the establishment of Rural Industrial Parks, all designed to uplift rural communities.
