Jabalpur: The beheaded body of a resident of Machala Panagar was found near Belkhadu road on Wednesday afternoon. The deceased identified as Naresh Kumar Mishra (40) was found torn in pieces in the fields police reported.
On receiving information about the incident, CSP Aadhartal Priyanks Kircham, TI RK Soni, FSL officer Dr Sunita Tiwari arrived at the spot to investigate the murder. An FIR has been registered against the unidentified accused. Moreover, SP Siddharta Bahuguna has constituted a team with officers from Panagar police and crime branch for the lookout.
The deceased had left from home at 7:15 pm on 10th January, quoted police in charge Soni based on the information given in by the deceased’s wife.
