Chhattisgarh government launched epass app on play store; availing pass tickets for inter-state movement
Chhattisgarh: The Chhattisgarh government in its new move to make interstate movement easier for the citizens has issued some guidelines. The state government has made a provision of issuing ePass for inter-state travel in case of emergency which can be availed through an E-pass App on Google Play Store or from the official website.
According to the guidelines, the government has allowed a citizen to undertake inter-state travel only in case of personal emergency including medical treatment, death in the family etc. It is mandatory for the applicant to submit personal details along with travel details including vehicle number, travel dates, purpose of travel and required documents to obtain the pass.
Once the online form gets submitted, the designated authority would be liable to accept or reject the request in accordance with the guidelines issued by Central and State Government.
