BASTAR: At least 7 died and several others were injured in a mine collapse in Chhattisgarh’s Malgaon in Bastar District on Friday. On receiving the information, a team of police from Jagdalpur reached the spot. Emergency forces including SDRF and JCB operators have been engaged in order to evacuate those stranded in the limestone quarry.
So far two villagers have been reported to have been rescued.
