MAHASAMUND: 5 laborers died and one was injured while sleeping in a brick kiln died of suffocation in CGs Mahasamund district said officials, on Wednesday. As per inputs, the laborer residents of Gadhphulajhar village were sleeping on some of the brick kilns that they had created on Tuesday night.
The incident came to the light after other workers reached the spot and tried to wake them up. The injured labor is said to be hospitalized.
A probe into the matter has been launched and the bodies have been sent for post-mortem.
