Kawardha: Another bus coming from Chhattisgarh to Uttar Pradesh became a victim of the accident. The bus overturned uncontrollably at Patkhai Ghat in Shahdol, Madhya Pradesh. 3 people including a 12-year-old girl have died in the accident. While more than 30 are injured. The condition of 5 of them is said to be serious. The injured have been admitted to the district hospital.
According to the sources, the bus of Bhoramdev Travels from Kawardha left for Banaras on Saturday night. At around 11.30 pm, the bus reached Patkhai Ghat under the Singhpur police station area in Shahdol when it overturned down the road uncontrollably. There was an outcry after the accident. During this, the people coming out of there informed the police. The rescue operation was started after the arrival of the police. A 55-year-old man including Mahima Kashyap, a 12-year-old girl from Kawardha, Nadir Khan, a resident of UP, has died in the accident. The old man has not been identified yet. While the condition of 5 people is said to be very critical. It is being told that most of the workers in the bus were working in the jaggery factory of Chhattisgarh.
Buses plying between Chhattisgarh and Uttar Pradesh have become a victim of an accident for the second time in 20 days. Earlier, a bus coming from Lucknow to Kawardha via Prayagraj had become a victim of an accident on February 14th. One passenger was killed while 18 people were injured when the bus overturned. The accident happened in the Kukdoor area of Kawardha itself.
