Raipur: Today is the second day of Chhattisgarh Assembly budget session. Today in the House, there will be mention of the demise of Shiv Netam, Minister of State of Undivided Madhya Pradesh Government. Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai will table the annual report of Chhattisgarh State Electricity Regulatory Commission in the House. Housing and Environment Minister OP Chaudhary will table the notification of the Town and Country Investment Act on the table of the House.
The budget session of Chhattisgarh Assembly will started on 5th February. The budget session is scheduled to run from 5 February to 1 March. After a long time, on February 9, State Finance Minister OP Choudhary will present the budget. There was an address by Governor Vishwabhushan Harichandan on the first day. After this, tribute will be paid to former minister Shiv Netam. The budget will be discussed on 12th and 13th February. Department-wise grant demands will be discussed from 14 to 26 February. The biggest and special thing is that all the information about the assembly will be on the mobile app. For this, an app named e-Vidhan is being prepared.
Assembly Speaker Dr. Raman Singh said that on this mobile app, speeches, economic survey of the budget, information about demands for grants, bills and other information will be available. The website of the Assembly has been updated in more than 40 categories.
