Sarguja: During his visit to Sarguja on statewide Yatra, Baghel during the Bhent Mulakat event made several important announcements in Sahanpur vilage of Lundra constituency, Sarguja district. A sub-health centre is also lined up in Sahanpur, Baghel said. In order to ease the functioning of weekly markets, Baghel ordered the construction of sheds on dedicated land.
Underscoring the importance of education, the CM announced to upgrade the existing Sahanpur Middle School to High School. Construction of additional rooms in Govt Girls High Secondary School was also announced. The establishment of a govt college at Dhaurpur was another gift the educational department of the district received. Approval for the construction of buildings for govt Higher Secondary Schools in Karuali, Raghynathpur and Bargidih was granted during the announcement.
Apart from these, the Dhuapur village in Lundra would receive a branch of SBI. For expediting the processing of the revenue related tasks, a sub-divisional revenue office will also be established he informed.
