Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu has distributed portfolios for the coming assembly session among the 24 ministers in the Council of Ministers. Other than law & order and public enterprises, various undefined departments will be run directly by Naidu at his own discretion. Lakoj has also entrusted the chairman and founder of Janasena, the deputy chief minister Pawan Kalyan, with Panchayati Raj, rural development and water supply, environment, forest, science and technology. Besides its chairperson CJ Inderjit Kaur Naidu, her son Nara Lokesh manages Human Resources Development and IT & Communication.

  • Kinjarapu Atchannaidu: Agriculture, Co-operation, Marketing, Animal Husbandry, Dairy Development, Fisheries.
  • Kollu Ravindra: Mines and Geology, Excise.
  • Nadendla Manohar: Food and Civil Supplies, Consumer Affairs.
  • Ponguru Narayana: Municipal Administration and Urban Development.
  • Anitha Vangalapudi: Home Affairs & Disaster Management.
  • Satya Kumar Yadav: Health, Family Welfare, Medical Education.
  • Dr Nimmala Ramanaidu: Water Resources Development.
  • Nasyam Mohammed Farook: Law and Justice, Minority Welfare.
  • Anam Ramanarayana Reddy: Endowments.
  • Payyavula Keshav: Finance, Planning, Commercial Taxes, Legislative.
  • Anagani Satya Prasad: Revenue, Registration & Stamps.

  • Gottipati Ravi Kumar: Energy.
  • Kandula Durgesh: Tourism, Culture, Cinematography.
  • Gummadi Sandhya Rani: Women & Child Welfare, Tribal Welfare.
  • BC Janardhan Reddy: Roads and Buildings, Infrastructure, Investments.
  • TG Bharath: Industries & Commerce, Food processing.
  • S Savitha: BC Welfare, Economically Weaker Sections Welfare, Handlooms & Textiles.
  • Vasamsetti Subhash: Labour, Factories, Boilers, Insurance Medical Services.
  • Kondapalli Srinivas: MSME, SERP, NRI empowerment & relations.
  • Mandipalli Ramprasad Reddy: Transport, Youth & Sports.

Depending on the post, the Andhra Pradesh cabinet comprises one member from the BJP, three members from the Jana Sena Party and the remaining members from TDP. The recent elections have clearly depicted that the NDA alliance for TDP, BJP, and Jana Sena has come up with an absolute victory with a huge majority.

The cabinet composition reflects diverse caste representation: Four are from the Kamma community, four are from the Kapu community, 3 from the Reddy community, 2 from SC, from the ST community and 8 are from Backward Class communities.
