After clinching the first T20I, Team India is struggling to score runs against the hosts’ bowling performance. Richard Gleeson picked up two in two and sent Virat Kohli and Risabh Pant back in the pavilion by the sixth over. Chris Jordon came up with yet another magical spell against India and bowled out Hardik Pandya and Suryakumar Yadav in two consecutive balls.
The bowlers have turned the scenarios in favour of England in the second T20I at Birmingham on Saturday. England won the toss and elected to bowl first against India and it turned out to be a wise decision in the earlier phase of the match only. Team India is eyeing to win the three match series against England but the batting performance isn’t giving a positive assurance for this.
Meanwhile, India won the first T20I by 50 runs where Hardik Pandya emerged as the star performer where he scored 51 runs off 33 bowls and took 4 wickets for 33. India, in that match scored 198 for the loss of 8 wickets as against England that was bowled out for just 148.
