Mumbai, Maharashtra: The ongoing T20 World Cup has already seen some spellbound performances by the Indian team. Meanwhile, the squad for the upcoming Bangladesh series has also been announced by the BCCI on Monday. India will play both test matches and ODIs against Bangladesh in the series. While the ODI series will start on December 4 this year, the test series will start on Dec 14.

Rohit Sharma has once again been picked to serve as Captain for both ODI and test series and KL Rahul has been chosen as the Vice-captain. Two new players have been roped in for the ODIs, namely Yash Dayal and Rahul Tripathi. Jasprit Bumrah has been rested due to his back injury that got prominent during the ongoing WC series.

Reportedly, Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma, and KL Rahul have been rested from the upcoming series against New Zealand while Hardik Pandya and Rishabh Pant have been chosen as the Captain and Vice Captain for the series.
