Mumbai: The BCCI on Sunday unveiled the news Jersey for the Indian cricket team ahead of the side’s first T20I against International on September 20th. The new jersey was unveiled by the BCCI, as well as the official sponsors MPL on their official Instagram profile.

“To every cricket fan out there, this one’s for you. Presenting the all-new T20 Jersey – One Blue Jersey by @mpl_sport,” the BCCI wrote on their official Twitter handle, sharing the new kit.

A day after announcing a 15-man squad for the T20 World Cup 2022, the BCCI has given cricket fans an opportunity to become a part of Team India’s new jersey. The Indian cricket board on Monday dropped a video on its official Instagram account, hinting that the new kit, to be sported by Rohit Sharma & Co at the showpiece event in Australia, will be out soon.

This is the second time Team India is seeing a change in its kit. In October 2021, BCCI introduced Billion Cheers Jersey ahead of the T20 World Cup in the UAE.

The new kit will be used by the Rohit Sharma-led side on Tuesday against Australia.
