Raipur: A major Senior National Kickboxing Competition is set to kick off in Raipur from July 16, drawing significant participation from across India. State President Chhagan Lal Mundada announced that the event, to be held at the Raipur Indoor Stadium, will be a grand affair. Approximately 1,200 players and officials from 32 teams, representing various states and union territories, are expected to attend. Kickboxing enthusiasts in Chhattisgarh are reportedly very excited about hosting this prestigious national event.

This program will be inaugurated by Vidhan Sabha Speaker Dr. Raman Singh and concluded by Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai on July 20. All the officials have met Vidhan Sabha Speaker Dr. Raman Singh, Sports Minister Tank Ram Verma, Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai and Mayor Meenal Chaubey regarding the program.

Giving information, the officials said that a national level kickboxing competition is being organized in Raipur’s Indoor Stadium from 16 to 20 July. This competition will be organized in this state for the second time. Preparations are going on at a large scale for this. A meeting of the organizing committee has been held. We have also won the stadium. Here we are also getting the support of the government and administration. In this national kickboxing competition, about 1300 players from 32 states of the whole country will participate in it. The players who will come here will be international level players who have represented the country as international players. Whoever wins the gold medal in this match will qualify for the championship to be held in Abu Dhabi in November this year, that is why this competition is very important for the kickboxing players of the whole country.
