Mumbai: The new CM of Maharashtra can be finalised tonight in Delhi. CM Eknath Shinde, Devendra Fadnavis and Ajit Pawar are reaching Delhi late at night. After this, they will meet BJP National President JP Nadda and Union Home Minister Amit Shah. These three leaders will first attend a private event here. Apart from this, these three leaders can meet BJP President JP Nadda and Home Minister Amit Shah late at night.
Regarding the chief ministerial face in Maharashtra, NCP MP Sunil Tatkare said that the people of Maharashtra have given a huge mandate. Further decisions will be taken in consultation with the BJP central leadership.
Devendra Fadnavis is the first choice of RSS and BJP high command as the Chief Minister. Although no big leader of the Sangh has openly made any such statement till now, but according to the information received from Sangh sources, Fadnavis is the choice of the Sangh for the CM.
The big responsibility of finalizing the names for the CM face has been given to senior BJP leader and Union Defense Minister Rajnath Singh. Rajnath Singh will approve the CM face. According to information received from sources, Bihar pattern will be used for the CM face in Maharashtra. MP Naresh Mhaske from Shiv Sena Shinde faction has claimed that the CM in Maharashtra will be decided on the lines of Bihar pattern. Like Nitish Kumar in Bihar, Eknath Shinde will be made the CM of Maharashtra.
