Bihar Assembly Elections, Patna: The Election Commission has started preparations for the Bihar Assembly elections, and in this regard, there will be training of booth level agents at the Election Commission of India New Delhi on 16 and 17 April. Bihar Chief Electoral Officer H R Srinivas held a meeting with representatives of recognized political parties on Tuesday.
During this time, all the recognized political parties have accepted the proposal to send one BLO from each district for training. Now, the Election Commission of India will train the booth level agents and these booth level agents will be from various recognized political parties, who will be told how to complete the Bihar assembly elections process.
Somehow, they have to make as many people as possible voters. Various types of training will be given by the Election Commission of India, and all the political parties that are recognized will send one booth level agent from each district to the Election Commission. This booth-level agent will be nominated by the district-level official of the political party.
AICC Announces New Presidents For Districts
Meanwhile, ahead of the upcoming Bihar assembly elections, the All India Congress Committee (AICC) on Tuesday announced new presidents for several district Congress committees in the state.
In a list released on Tuesday, the AICC appointed new presidents and working presidents in all 40 organizational districts of Bihar.
In a post on X (formerly Twitter), Bihar Congress shared the details and posted, “Hon’ble Congress President has approved the proposal for the appointment of the Presidents of District Congress Committees of the Bihar Pradesh Congress Committee, as enclosed, with immediate effect.”
