Mumbai: After being taken in for questioning, Aryan Khan, Arbaz Seth Merchant and Munmum Dhamecha have been arrested by NCB officials and are charged under Section 8(c), 20(b),27 and 35 of the NDPS Act. Earlier during the day, the accused were subjected to a medical test following which they were sent to the Mumbai court to commence the hearing of the case.
Representing Aryan Khan, Criminal Counsel Satish Maneshinde stated that the offence was bailable and Aryan was not an organizer but a guest at the event. Satish urged 2 days remand for the Khan boy and requested one-day police custody contradicting NCBs demand of remand until October 5th.
Speaking to the media reporters in connection with the case, Jurgen Bailom Cordelia Cruises owner asserted that the firm abides by the rules set by the authorities. “We only operating the ship, we don’t know anything else. We aren’t the organizers,” he said.
The three big daddy boys were arrested at 2 pm on Sunday for involvement in consumption, selling and purchasing of contraband.
