New Delhi: Ashneer Grover today reacted to the leaked audio of a call between him and fellow BharatPe co-founder Bhavik Koladiya in which the latter is heard abusing him. As a response, Koladiya tweeted, “I am at my worst. Sorry Ashneer Grover”. Sharing the audio on Twitter, Ashneer Grover wrote, “I wish I cared enough, dude- get on with your life and try to make news without tagging me in these random tweets. Kab tak sab mere naam ka khaoge? Apni izzat apne haath!”.
The move comes a day after the Delhi High Court declined to halt the criminal investigation started by Delhi Police against former BharatPe managing director and co-founder Ashneer Grover and his wife Madhuri Jain Grover, observing that ‘you cannot give a clean chit to yourself”.
Justice Anup J Bhambhani issued notice to Delhi Police’s economic offences wing, which registered a case against Ashneer Grover and his wife last month, on a petition by Grover that asked High Court to cancel the FIR filed on the firm’s complaint and pause the investigation.
