Light showers may also occur in the state by the end of the week. The effect of cold is also visible in the state. The day temperature has reached below 30 degrees in 18 cities.
According to the estimates of the Meteorological Department, after November 28, the effect of strong and severe cold will be seen in the state. There is a possibility of change in the weather of Madhya Pradesh due to the storm in the Bay of Bengal and the activation of a Western Disturbance in North India.
After a week, light rain is expected in the western part of the state. According to the forecast of the Meteorological Department, mild cold will continue to be felt till November 28, but after November 28, strong and severe cold will start showing its effect in the state.
The day temperature has reached below 30 degrees in 18 cities of the state including Indore, Ujjain, Chhindwara and Khajuraho. Light pink winter is being felt in these cities even during the day. While the coldest city was Shivpuri, where the day’s mercury was recorded at 27.2 degrees. The day temperature was recorded at 28.2 degrees in Gwalior, 27.5 in Malajkhand, 29.5 in Indore and 27.4 degrees in Raisen. Talking about the temperature at night, the night of hill station Pachmarhi was the coldest in the state.
