Bhopal: Preparations have been completed for the fourth and final phase of Lok Sabha Elections 2024 in Madhya Pradesh tomorrow. Polling teams have left for their respective areas to conduct voting on 8 seats of the state. Voting material and EVM were given to the presiding officer from different assembly. After which all the officers have left in GPS fitted buses.

Voting for Dewas-Shajapur parliamentary constituency is to be held tomorrow on 13th May. For this, preparations have been completed in all eight assemblies of Dewas-Shajapur parliamentary constituency. Today on Sunday, materials were distributed to the polling parties for all eight assemblies of Dewas-Shajapur Lok Sabha constituency. Dewas-Shajapur: 2306 polling stations have been created for the eight constituencies of the Lok Sabha.

In view of the voting to be held in the eight assembly constituencies of Dewas-Shajapur Lok Sabha constituency tomorrow, the polling teams for Shajapur, Shujalpur and Kalapipal assembly constituencies had reached the ITI ground since morning itself to collect the materials. Where they were given voting material. After checking which the EVM machine was made available to the presiding officer from the counter. After this, the polling parties left for their respective polling centers in GPS equipped buses.

In Shajapur district, 835 polling stations and one auxiliary polling station have been set up in all three assembly constituencies. Due to which now 836 polling stations have been created in the district. In these, the voting process will start tomorrow morning. Of these, 166 polling stations have been categorized as sensitive. Apart from this, 60 percent i.e. 501 polling stations will be kept under the surveillance of CCTV cameras.

Shajapur Collector and District Election Officer Riju Bafna said that all the polling personnel are leaving for voting in all three assemblies. Keeping everyone’s health in mind, it has been sent off in the morning. Along with this, medical kit has also been made available. 166 booths fall in the critical category, for this additional forces are deployed so that voting can be conducted peacefully.
