Bhopal: Vindhya Janata Party will contest elections on 40 seats in Madhya Pradesh. Candidates will soon be declared for all 30 seats of Vindhya region. VJP chief Narayan Tripathi has taken this decision. Maihar MLA Narayan will reveal the election strategy today.
Political turmoil has intensified regarding MP assembly elections. After resigning from the Bharatiya Janata Party and not getting the ticket, former Maihar MLA Narayan Tripathi had announced to contest the elections from his own party Vindhya Janata Party (VJP). Recently the Election Commission has allotted election symbol to his party.
Narayan Tripathi will contest from Maihar assembly seat. At the same time, candidates will field candidates on 40 assembly seats of the state including 30 seats in Vindhya region. Vindhya Janata Party will also field its candidates in Bhopal and Indore. Earlier on Tuesday, Narayan Tripathi had released a video saying that he should not be associated with any party.
