Bhopal: Former Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh, Kamal Nath, expressed condemnation towards the state government following the recent rape of a minor girl in Ujjain, describing the state as being in dire condition.
Kamal Nath’s remarks were made in response to an incident where a 15-year-old survivor of rape was rescued by a priest.
