Mandla: Preparations for the upcoming Mission 2023, the Madhya Pradesh Assembly Elections, are underway in the state. With the election year looming, seasoned political leaders are going to Madhya Pradesh. Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra recently visited Mandla district, accompanied by the Pradesh Congress Committee (PCC) Chief, Kamal Nath. At a public gathering during the Jan Aakrosh Rally in Madhya Pradesh, Kamal Nath launched a scathing attack on the BJP, addressing many critical issues.

Kamal Nath stated that unemployment is the most pressing concern in Madhya Pradesh, emphasizing its dire nature. Additionally, he claimed that the state is among the most corrupt in the nation. He shed light on a disturbing phenomenon, suggesting that even individuals owning 50 acres of land are pushed into the poverty bracket through various means. Kamal Nath directly attributed these issues to the BJP’s governance, particularly targeting Shivraj Singh, who he accused of overseeing a rise in inflation, corruption, and unemployment.

Furthermore, Kamal Nath criticized household liquor distribution under the BJP’s rule, asserting that it had become a pervasive issue. He expressed his contentment in connecting with the tribal community. He stressed that this election was not merely about political parties but rather about the future of Mandla and its tribal population.

He highlighted the positive initiatives undertaken during his tenure, such as the waiver of loans for 27 lakh farmers in the state and 23,000 farmers in Mandla, as well as providing free electricity and constructing 1000 cow shelters in 11 months. Kamal Nath’s address emphasized his commitment to addressing the welfare of the people and the state as a whole in the upcoming elections.
