Indore: This year, Indore, slowly occupying the throne of the cleanest city in the country, is preparing for a record break on July 14 in the Guinness Book of Records. Hence, by the end of 3 hours, 51,00,000 trees will be planted. Regarding this, the meeting was conducted by Cabinet Minister Kailash Vijayvargiya this morning, on Saturday, with all the officials.
Kailash Vijayvargiya announced that the meeting had occurred after the Model Code of Conduct ended. The land for planting 40 lakh trees has been identified successfully. There would be future sessions for such agendas and further operational strategies. Soon, Indore will be recording a new record again. Assuming that kind of trees require planting, it takes several machines.
The minister also clarified that the municipal corporation already has the machines out of all the machines, while other machines would be hired. The work of digging pits involves time; therefore, this has started. They will also add green nets around the trees to ensure that their installation does not affect the planted trees. Our main agency shall be the municipal corporation through which all the monitoring activities shall be undertaken by Pushyamitra Bhargav. Indore is on the right track to carve a history for the state, and there is no doubt about it.
