Bhopal: After the cabinet expansion in Madhya Pradesh, the first meeting of CM Mohan Cabinet was held in Mantralaya today. In this, the Chief Minister discussed with the ministers about the priorities of the government. According to sources, division of departments was also discussed in the meeting.
This was the second meeting of Dr. Mohan Yadav’s cabinet. On December 13, the Chief Minister held the first cabinet meeting with both Deputy CMs Jagdish Deora and Rajendra Shukla. CM Dr. Mohan Yadav has expanded the cabinet on Monday. Now the total number of ministers has increased to 31. On Monday, 28 MLAs were made ministers. The two Deputy Chief Ministers were sworn in on December 13 along with Yadav taking oath as CM.
Here, after the meeting was over, all the ministers left the ministry. During this, while discussing with the media, Minister Chetan Kashyap said that there was discussion in the meeting regarding Vikas Bharat Sankalp Yatra and implementation of MP government schemes. He said that ministers will play an important role in this visit. However, Chetan Kashyap remained silent on the question of department distribution in the meeting. Now it will be interesting to see how long the portfolios are distributed among the ministers.
