Indore: In a breakthrough achivement today, the NCB nabbed a consignment of Ganja weighing around 260kgs hidden in electric transformers.
Acting on the tip off the NCB cordoned the mini truck while it was on its way from Ujjain. Preliminary investigation revealed that the ganja was being smuggled to Odisha from Rajasthan via Ujjain.
Police officials claim to have arrested the driver and are interrogating for further details into the smuggling racket. On searching the vehicle, ganja wrapped in brown covers was recovered.
