Sagar, Madhya Pradesh: Bhupendra Chaudhary, an agriculture expert from Sagar district has been selected for the 14th season of the television show Kaun Banega Crorepati. It took 22 years for Bhupendra to reach the hot seat of KBC. In these 22 years, he answered about 400 questions, then he got selected. Till now no person from the Sagar district had been able to sit on the hot seat of KBC.
Bhupendra Chaudhary of Khurai Tehsil Khejra Izzat village will now be seen sitting on the hot seat in front of Amitabh Bachchan on the episode of November 10. The program will be telecast on TV from 9 pm onwards. The entire city residents including his family members are feeling proud of the selection of Bhupendra, who is working in Dahod, Gujarat. Apart from his village, the people of the district are also waiting for the program.
Bhupendra Chaudhary told that he was trying to go to KBC since the age of 16. After 22 years of hard work and effort, his dream has come true. During this, he answered about 400 questions. This time he has been selected after answering all the questions correctly. He says that luck, fortune, and knowledge have brought him to this point.
After being selected as the last 10 contestants in this season of KBC, he had to wait for 3 days to reach the hot seat. He had given up hope in the final round, but luck again supported him and he reached the hot seat after the fastest finger round.
38-year-old Bhupendra Chaudhary says that he is currently posted as an agricultural specialist in Dahod, Gujarat. His father Basant Choudhary has retired as a Sub Engineer from the Irrigation Department. He has a brother Gajendra Chaudhary who is a Patwari in Khargone. His elder brother works as a farmer in the village. Bhupendra told that his education from primary education to higher secondary has been done in Khargone district.
He did his B.Sc in Agriculture at Indian Agricultural College, Durg, and his MSc from Jawaharlal Nehru University Jabalpur. He is survived by his mother Panbai Chaudhary and father Basant Chaudhary, besides his wife Chandni Chaudhary, son Kanishk and daughter Reva.
