Jabalpur: Out on bail, the accused man allegedly rapes the same woman at knifepoint. This incident is reported from MPs Jabalpur. The man committing the crime once again threatened the lady to withdraw the complaint she had filed earlier, Jabalpur police said.
As per reports, the woman who is now 19 years old was raped by the same accused two years ago. However, the recent attack on her took place around a month ago, the police added. “According to the complaint, the accused Vivek Patel out on bail committed the same crime with an acquintance, PS in charge Asif Iqbal said briefing the media.
In the fresh complaint, the victim mentioned the accused forcibly entered her house along with his friend who filmed the assault and then threatened her to make the clip viral on social media if the previous complaint was not withdrawn.
A lookout notice for both has been issued after a case of gang rape was filed against Vivek and his friend. Vivek was imprisoned after he had raped the minor in 2020 and was out on bail almost after an year.
