Jabalpur Resort Murder: Police Gather Evidence; Man who Accompanied the Woman Prime Suspect

JABALPUR: In a major development, the Tilwara police of Ghana village has unearthed a video in connection to the murder of a woman at a resort located in Jabalpur. The suspect in the case, a man who accompanied the woman is absconding since Monday, said an official.

The police in its investigation have interrogated the resort staff and the driver who dropped the couple to the resort on Sunday. As per the information given by the staff, a man and a woman identified as Abhijeet Patidar and Rakhi Mishra as per the verification documents arrived at their resort on Sunday. Subsequently, the lady left after a few hours while the Patidar stayed in the room. On Monday after the lady re-visited Patidar at the resort, a while later he left the resort and Rakhi remained inside. After not responding for a day, the resort authorities opened the door using the master only to find the woman in a pool of blood. As Police officials swung into action immediately and began probing the matter.

As per the latest investigation, it is being learned that the police traced Patidar’s location in Khandwa on Thursday. However, details in the probe state that the suspect boarded a bus, the location of which is being traced now.

A woman was found dead at a resort in Jabalpur Madhya Pradesh. The police naming the murder an act of avenge for being cheated in love said that the woman’s throat and wrist were slit. It must be noted that the IDs the couple submitted at the resort were fake.
