Indore: A high-level inquiry committee has been constituted on the instructions of Higher Education Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav in the Indore Law College controversy. Two additional directors have been included in this committee. A seven-member team will investigate the complaints of the students. This committee will have to investigate the entire matter in three days and submit its report.
On the other hand, State Home Minister Dr. Narottam Mishra has said that action will be taken to return the PhD degree of Dr. Farhat Khan, the author of the controversial book. Teams have been formed to arrest the writer and the publisher. Farhat Khan, the author of the controversial book ‘Collective Violence and Criminal Justice System’, is absconding from home. Bhanwarkuan police raided to nab everyone involved in the case. During this, the publisher Amar Kshetrapal has been caught by the police. Amar does the work of publication in the name of his wife.
The Bhanwarkuan police on Saturday afternoon registered a case against Dr. Farhat Khan (writer), Imamul Rehman (principal), Dr. Mirza Mojiz (professor), and the publisher of Amar Law Publications after the controversial book surfaced in LAW College. Complainant Lucky Adiwal has alleged religious frenzy, debauchery, and a conspiracy to spoil the sovereignty and integrity of the nation and to create hatred towards the nation and civil war among the students.
The writer made the Law College the focal point and through Principal Dr. Imamul, controversial material was served to the students. This act has been named educational jihad. Anti-national students are being brainwashed and instigated to get training from other organizations. Muslim students are being motivated to start a civil war in the country by inciting hatred and hysteria. Pressure is being created by the teachers to read the books.
