GWALIOR: Two including a cop were caught while allegedly carrying 15 kgs of Marijuana(ganja) near Singh Bridge on Monday night, said an official. A case has been filed against them at Dabra Police station.
As per the investigation, the accused were traveling from Datiya to Gwalior in a Bolero, when a team of the Gwalior Crime Branch intercepted them and recovered the banned drug from their possession.
As per inputs, the accused constable was posted at University Police Station Gwalior. Interacting with the media, SDOP Vivek Sharma said that the two accused -Deep Dhakkad and Akash Dhakkad were caught near Sindhu Bridge, and 15 Kilograms of ganja were recovered from them.
Further investigation to know about their acquaintance and Ganja supplier is underway.
