After the revelation of the drug factory in Madhya Pradesh’s capital Bhopal, the government is making big preparations. After the revelation of the country’s largest drug factory on the plot of the Industry Department, there will now be an audit of the land plots in all the industrial units of Madhya Pradesh.
In the 4100 hectare area here, 12500 plots have been allotted for industrial units. Have industries been set up in the plots allotted for industries or is some other activity being carried out there? This survey is now going to be conducted in entire Madhya Pradesh.
The outline of the state level audit has been prepared and instructions have been issued for survey at the district headquarters. If the plot is found to be rented to someone else, or if a showroom or any other activity other than industry is found to be operating there, then action will be taken to cancel the land plot.
Actually, the Industry and MSME Department is going to get the land plots of its units audited. Under this, action will be taken to cancel the lease if the industrial land is used for any other purpose or if the land is given on rent to someone else. The lease will also be cancelled if a showroom is built on the factory land or used for commercial purposes. MP Industrial Development Corporation and MSME Department have sought a report from the districts after investigating in this regard.
