Damoh– A tragic accident occurred in the Damoh district of Madhya Pradesh on Tuesday morning, resulting in three individuals dying and over 10 others injured. The incident happened when a private bus collided head-on with a container truck on the Tendukheda-Jhalon road. According to Damoh’s Superintendent of Police, Rakesh Kumar Singh, the collision occurred near Barkoti village.

The victims were identified as Sangeeta Chowkse (60), a passenger on the bus, as well as the bus driver Narayan Thakur (45) and his helper Pratap Singh (40). Sadly, they succumbed to their injuries. The injured individuals were promptly taken to the community health center in Tendukheda, where they received medical treatment.

The container truck driver sustained severe injuries and was referred to a hospital in Jabalpur for further medical care. The exact cause of the accident is under investigation, and authorities are working to gather more information regarding the incident.
