Sehore: Madhya Pradesh police has issued an alert regarding the farmers’ agitation in Budni after the Aam Admi Party (AAP) and farmer organizations announced an agitation in the assembly constituency of chief minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan. In this regard, Sehore Police has blocked all the roads leading to Budni.
Earlier on Saturday, former chief minister Kamal Nath said that there is a big crisis of fertilizers in MP and the Congress is forced to launch a state-wide protest. “In most parts of the state, farmers are worried about the availability of fertilisers. Farmers are standing in long ques for many days for fertilizers and holding protests”, said former CM.
The farmers have been waiting for several days waiting for manure. AAP had claimed that around 1 lakh people would protest the disorder in Budni today as traders of fake fertilizers have become active and are working towards profiteering and black-marketing of fake fertilizers.
