Madhya Pradesh: Sharing a video on Twitter, State Education Minister Inder Singh informed the schedule of Annual Board exams to be held for Class 10 and 12th. As per the notice issued, board exams for class 10th and 12th would be held from 18th and 17th February respectively. The students have been instructed to arrive at the exam centre in time and abide by the COVID norms.
“The annual examination of class 10th and 12th in the state will be held according to the scheduled examination schedule. In all the schools affiliated to the Board of Secondary Education, the annual examination of class 10th will be conducted from February 18, 2022, and the annual examination of class 12th will be conducted from February 17, 2022”- the tweet read.
Schools across the nation resumed physical classes from February 1st. Maintaining minimum attendance of 50 per cent all schools were permitted to operate from Class 1 to 12. The decision to reopen schools was taken by CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan after a series of discourse with health experts and state officials.
The state govt on January 14th had ordered the closure of schools and hostels citing the striking surge in coronavirus cases.
