Madhya Pradesh: Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan on Saturday visited agriculture farms in Unnarsi village of Vidisha districts to assess the damage caused to crops due to recent, untimely rain and hailstorm, as per the official statement.
Discussing the concerns with the farmers, he informed that the survey was almost completed, and the respective authorities were instructed to release financial assistance. A relief amount at the rate of Rs 30,000 per hectare will be given to those whose loss gauged more than 50 per cent, he informed.
