DAMOH, MP: Atleast 7 have injured in an accident that took place on Friday morning near Abhana village on Damoh-Jabalpur State Highway. As per reports a overspeeding passenger laden bus collided with a truck. The bus is reported to belong to Tiwari travels, and man hunt is launched for the absconding bus driver media reports said.
The truck driver is severely injured said an official who oversaw his rescue from the vehicle as he was stuck after collision. Police force and emergency squads from Nohta police station reached the spot as soon as they received information about the accident.
The passengers of the bus have been admitted to private hospital. Meanwhile, the truck driver Pawan Gupta is said to be critical and under medical supervision.
A probe into the matter has been initiated, an officer said.
