KATNI: At least three died and ten others were injured after a mini truck turned in MPs Katni district said officials on Monday.
The accident took place on Sunday night when the victims were returning to Jabalpur from Satna. As per reports, they had gone to visit a temple in Maihar town Satna district. The truck overturned near Piprondh under Madhav Nagar police station limits.
Those deceased were aged between 20-50 said Katni district collector Avi Prasad. They have been identified as residents of the Barela area in Jabalpur.
The bodies have been sent for post-mortem and will be handed over to the families following it. Those injured have been hospitalized, added the official.
