New Delhi: Centre on Tuesday announced to impose curfew over the weekends citing the striking surge in the city. Work from home for govt officials was another measure taken by Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia while attending the virtual DDMA meeting. However, he added that all public transport will operate at full capacity.

As the city was already under yellow alert, a night curfew is in place since December 29th. Cinemas, gyms and other retail stores have been ordered to follow the odd-even equation to operate.
