Virat Kohli’s Twitter Bio Reflects ‘A Proud Husband and Father’, after the Birth of the Baby Girl

Skipper of the Men in Blue, Virat Kohli, along with wife Anushka Sharma, welcomed their first child on January 11. The captain, after the birth of his daughter, took to his Twitter handle to share the news with his followers and admirers, after which, to the amazement of the netizens, the “new dad” has changed his Twitter bio, replacing it with ‘A proud husband and father’.

Since the birth of their little angel, the couple has been very strict about keeping their daughter away from the Paparazzi. Sending the media persons luxury gift hampers, the couple has humbly requested the paparazzi to respect their privacy. 

Notably, the captain is on paternity leave these days, while team India plays against Australia in the Border-Gavaskar series. Earlier, on being asked about how he plans to raise his kid, he told the media – “I want no part of my career being flashed into my house. I want no part of my trophies, my achievements, nothing in my house when our kids are growing up”.
