Sonam Kapoor, Vidya, Farhan Akhtar comes in support of Rhea Chakraborty; shares ‘smash the patriarchy’ message
Mumbai: Actor Rhea Chakraborty’s “crush the male-controlled society” message on her shirt on Tuesday, as she arrived at the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) office in Mumbai and from where she was arrested, has found reverberation among a few Bollywood actors and famous people.
Ms Chakraborty, 28 who was arrested regarding drugs-related claims in the Sushant Singh Rajput case, was found in a dark tee with the statement: “Roses are red, violets are blue, we should crush the male centric society, me and you.”
Kareena Kapoor Khan, Sonam Kapoor, Vidya Balan, Anurag Kashyap, Shabana Azmi, Farhan Akhtar, Zoya Akhtar and Amitabh Bachchan’s girl Shweta Bachchan Nanda were among the Bollywood actors and famous people who shared the mutual the statement social media in a demonstration of solidarity with Ms Chakraborty.

“Hallowed Games” actor Kubbra Sait said Ms Chakraborty may have been arrested yet she is “still not a killer”. “May the universe invigorate the guardians of Rhea through this staggering time. Rhea Chakraborty was sent to legal guardianship for 14 days and requested to go to a meetings court for bail. She has been accused of arranging drugs for Mr Rajput following three days of questioning.
