Delhi: An unexpected fire broke out in the Sarojini Nagar area of New Delhi, resulting in several shops being burnt down. Due to this fire, a total of 4 Garment shops, along with 15-20 temporary stalls, have been burnt down. The reports indicate that this incident happened on 25 April at 2:20 AM.
Fortunately, no one was present when the fire went out. Therefore, no one was injured or harmed during this incident. The Fire officials were able to reach the place in time which helped them to take the fire out as soon as possible. The Director of Fire Officials, Atul Garg, said about the incident responding that no one was injured due to the fire.
He also informed us that a fire broke out in the Baby Garments section of the Sarojini Market. Atul Garg told the media, “The fire affected four garments shops and 15-20 temporary stalls in the market,”. A total of five firefighters handled the situation well to save the remaining shops.
When the media asked about why the fire broke out, the police officials said that they were still looking out for the same. There still needs to be clarity on how the fire went out late at night.
