A gunshot was recently said to have been shot at Punjabi singer AP Dhillon’s house in Vancouver, Canada, on Monday night. A news agency report informs of this unfortunate event, and on the motormouth, the Lawrence Bishnoi gang and a certain Rohit Godara have taken the blame. The shooting incident occurred close to the Dhillon residence on Victoria Island in Vancouver.
Some of the text messages that we received on social networks and attributed to the Bishnoi-Godara gang mention that the group conducts shooting in Victoria Island and in the Woodbridge area of Toronto. The gang has, therefore, threatened to act against AP Dhillon with the excuse of his link with Bollywood actor Salman Khan. This message threatened Dhillon to remain within his ‘limits’, or else he would be killed like a dog, as per the same report.
Such an association came to light right after the latest music video of Dhillon, ‘Old Money’, in which Sanjay Dutt joined the Bollywood actor and star Salman Khan. The video, which is shot in the style of action movie, has Dhillon and his friends on a specific task, Khan who plays a character that at first does not want to become involved with them. However, in the final scene of the movie, Khan’s character manages to rescue them. In the same video, Sanjay Dutt’s Character threatens Dhillon but is in total mood for retreat when Dhillon informs him that he is under Salman Khan’s protection.
This, however, has raised eyebrows among Dhillon’s fans and the entire Punjabi Music Industry since the incident happened during the current surge in gang violence activities in Canada. The fact that the Bishnoi-Godara gang committed criminal activities and threatened Salman Khan before makes it even worse. Police in Vancouver are said to be looking into the matter while security for Dhillon’s home has been reinforced to ensure no more threats are made.
