On Thursday, President Droupadi Murmu celebrated her 66th birthday. Top BJP leaders and Prime Minister Narendra Modi sent their best wishes to her.
PM Modi stated in a post on X, “Warm birthday wishes to Rashtrapati Ji. Her exemplary service and dedication to our nation inspire us all. Her wisdom and emphasis on serving the poor and marginalised are a strong guiding force. Her life journey gives hope to millions of people. India will always be grateful to her for her tireless efforts and visionary leadership. May she be blessed with a long and healthy life.”
Union Home Minister Amit Shah also made a post on X, stating that the President’s commitment to the country’s growth is commendable.
“Happy birthday to Droupadi Murmu Ji, the President of India. Everyone is inspired by your commitment to the development of the country and the betterment of the underprivileged and disadvantaged groups in society. I want God to grant you long life and excellent health,” Shah said.
Along with wishing the President well, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh stated that India has greatly benefited from her contributions and views.
“Greetings and my best wishes to the President of India, Droupadi Murmu, on her birthday. She is widely respected for her statesmanship and vision for India’s all-round development. India has deeply benefited from her insights and contributions. Her passion for the welfare and empowerment of the poor and weaker sections of our society is commendable. Praying for her good health and long life,” Rajnath said on X.
While wishing President Murmu a happy birthday, Union Minister JP Nadda stated, “I extend my heartfelt wishes to President Draupadi Murmu ji. We are inspired by your commitment to public service, welfare, and the advancement of the needy. I want God to grant you long life and excellent health.”
The President is a shining example of dignity and wisdom, said Assam’s Chief Minister, Himanta Biswa Sarma. “My heartfelt birthday greetings to Droupadi Murmu ji, the respected President of India. Rashtrapati Ji is a shining example of dignity and knowledge. The whole country is still inspired by her unwavering dedication to the well-being of her people and her remarkable life story. In the coming days, we in Assam will ask for her continuous guidance and blessings. I offer prayers to Maa Kamakhya and Srimanta Sankardev for a long life of service to the country.” Himanta said.
Pushkar Singh Dhami, the chief minister of Uttarakhand, also prayed for President Murmu’s long and healthy life. Dhami said, “Respected President Mrs. Draupadi Murmu ji has my sincere congratulations and best wishes on her birthday. I ask Lord Badri Vishal to grant you a long, healthy, and prosperous life.”
