Defence Minister Rajnath Singh pointed out that Prime Minister Narendra Modi proposed the name “Operation Sindoor.” At an event in Bhuj, Gujarat, Singh appreciated the IAF for the quick and effective action carried out in only 23 minutes. He praised the IAF for their outstanding accuracy by saying, “You took on terrorism as quickly as you finish eating breakfast.”

Singh stressed that the operation, carried out in Pakistan to deal with terrorists, was successful and showed how India’s military had advanced. The name for the operation was selected by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. What our troops accomplished in this mission has made every Indian feel proud, according to Singh.

He drew attention to the recognition gained by the Indian Armed Forces across the globe. Singh states that Operation Sindoor resulted in the Indian Air Force destroying nine terrorist camps in Pakistan and damaging a variety of Pakistan’s air bases with subsequent air strikes.

Singh said, “I want to honor those soldiers who lost their lives in the operation and wish that everyone who is hurt recovers quickly.” “It is no easy task for the Indian Air Force to attack far inside enemy territory, highlighting both our progress in strategy and technology.”

He ended his speech by noting that the operation had shifted India’s war policy and revealed the country’s determination to respond to threats. According to Singh, it is now evident that India is capable of stamping out terrorism right where it starts.
