New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated India’s biggest Drone Festival – Bharat Drone Mahotsav 2022, today at 10 AM at Delhi’s Pragati Maidan. The Bharat Drone Mahotsav is set to be a two-day event held on May 27th and 28th.
The Indian Prime Minister is expected to have interactions with kisan drone pilots, witness open-air drone demonstrations, and interact with startups in the drone exhibition centre, as part of the event.
“At 10 AM tomorrow, May 27th, I will take part in the Bharat Drone Mahotsav 2022. This forum brings together key stakeholders including StartUps with the aim of increasing India’s presence in the sector. I’d urge all those interested in tech and innovation to watch the programme,” PM Modi posted on Twitter.
The event is said to have over 1600 delegates comprising government officials, foreign diplomats, armed forces, central armed police force, drone startups and more to participate in the drone festival, as per the prime minister’s office.
